Lead Retail Sales and Operations functions.

Work to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while optimizing inventory at outlets.

Assist with retail target setting and monitoring.

Hire, train, and motivate all sales staff to maximize sales and achieve efficiency.

Ensure the best shop ambiance, hygiene & safety, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Coordinate with landlords & mall management.

Oversee regular updates of visual merchandising, ensuring products are properly displayed, prices are visible, and all visuals are current.

Provide timely stock demand to merchandising, planning & supply chain teams for the timely supply of required stocks.

Continuously monitor stock positions of individual stores to ensure required inventory is available and maintained in an organized manner.

Provide customer feedback to merchandising & planning teams in an organized manner.

Strategize based on customer feedback and insights related to product and customer experience to enhance sales.

Initiate, supervise, and ensure timely completion of fit-out, construction & renovation work of stores as per required standards.

Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues.

Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring local and international competitors, while actively seeking potential new locations for retail expansion.

Ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented and the impact on footfall and sales is measured and monitored.

Initiate new marketing and promotional concepts and activities.

Collate information and generate statistical reports on shops' progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all administrative aspects, following up on discrepancies as required.

Support the wholesale team whenever required.

Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Promote a customer care approach within the retail business.

Perform any related tasks assigned by management.
