
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic online education team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our ACCA students worldwide, providing exceptional support through digital channels and ensuring outstanding learning experiences for our global student community.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle incoming inquiries via email, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone from ACCA students globally
- Assist with course enrollment, payment processing, and platform access issues
- Guide students through our online learning management system and digital resources
- Resolve technical issues and learning-related concerns promptly and effectively
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate student records and interaction logs
- Process course registrations, fee payments, and subscription renewals
- Coordinate with academic team to address student queries about ACCA syllabus and examinations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred)
- Fresh graduates to 6 months of experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse international student personalities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM and LMS platforms
- Familiarity with online communication tools (email, chat, video calls)
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth in online education
Preferred Qualifications
- Any previous experience in online customer service, e-learning, or digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of ACCA qualification structure and accounting principles
- Experience with social media management and online community engagement
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education tools
- Digital Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple online channels
- Customer Focus: Genuine commitment to supporting online learners and their educational journey
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with digital platforms, online tools, and learning new systems quickly
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with international students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple digital conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Adaptability: Flexible approach to the fast-paced online education environment
