Senior Manager Financial Operations

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant for the position of Senior Manager – Financial Operations / Financial Planning and Reporting based in Lahore. Role Description:
This role supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and includes responsibilities such as:
- Preparation of financial feasibilities
- Budgeting, budgetary controls, and variance analysis
- Preparation of reports and analysis of business performance
- Business evaluation for proposed acquisitions
- Cash flow projection, forecasting, simulation, and modeling of business segments monthly
- Developing and implementing cost optimization strategies
- Preparation of tax strategies and planning
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of post-article experience
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial systems (ERP) and advanced Excel skills
