Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts payable department and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers and project accounting.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee tax-related processes, including withholding and clearing of tax liabilities.
  • Track and report on financial expenditures, providing insights to supervisors.
  • Ensure seamless payment transactions and maintain accurate vendor information.
  • Monitor transaction status and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and create internal templates for use by the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial operations management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
