Assist in the preliminary sourcing of repair vendors for parts supported under SIAEC's ITM programs. To assist the executive in evaluating repair vendor quotes received under the various repair sourcing exercises and provide recommendations for approval.

  1. Support repair vendor sourcing activities for both ITM programs and 3rd party hangar checks.
  2. Follow up with quality on vendor evaluation and approval into SIAEC vendor listing.
  3. Monitor approved repair vendor listing to maintain currency of vendor network.
  4. Maintain preferred vendor listing to facilitate ease of repair order creation as well as update outhouse maintenance contracts in SAP.
  5. Support the executive in generating necessary data for management reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering field.
  2. Working experience in Repair Management, vendor sourcing, or Inventory Technical Management in the aviation industry would be an advantage.
  3. At least 2 years of working/professional experience. Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  5. Good communication and writing skills.
  6. Able to think analytically.
  7. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau are advantageous.
