Recruitment at SIA Engineering | Talent Acquisition

The Company is implementing a new ERP system and is looking for candidates with experience in SAP S/4 HANA or leading ERP systems. Reporting to the Manager of Projects & Continuous Improvement and working closely with respective Functional Managers, the Accountants play an integral role in the Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and the Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

  1. Initiate, support, and monitor systems and continuous improvement projects for the Division, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives and the Finance Division roadmap.
  2. Engage in system implementation of end-to-end processes or tools related to Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, or Budgeting and Forecasting.
  3. Serve as the point of contact between system implementors, PMO, IT Departments, Business Divisions, and project teams.
  4. Lead or prepare weekly update meetings for projects.
  5. Coordinate administrative matters of the Division and Project team.
  6. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  1. CA/CPA with a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in systems implementation or continuous improvement projects, focusing on end-to-end processes or tools related to Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, or Budgeting and Forecasting.
  3. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules, SAP B1, or budgeting tools is advantageous.
  4. Prior experience in data migration of the above processes is preferred.
  5. Good understanding of finance processes, financial reporting, and analysis is a plus.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-cultural and matrix environment.
  7. Team player, self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
  8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume, or ambiguous environment.

Note: This is a 1 to 2-year contract role with renewal subject to BU needs & approval.
