Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Systems Analyst who will provide IT support for finance applications across the Menzies network.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain user profiles in finance applications, including creating, deleting, and amending users.
  • Update applications as requested by finance teams.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure user instruction documents are up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain approval matrices, ensuring correct authorization prior to changes.
  • Resolve user queries and problems submitted via ServiceNow.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience working in an accounting department.
  • Experience with financial systems, especially SUN Systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
