Position Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst - Sales (D365 CE) will be a key team member at Zones, contributing to the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company. The role involves applying specialized knowledge to design, develop, and implement systems that support business functions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, creating and executing unit tests, and collaborating with developers on technical designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze typical Professional Services business processes or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, D365, CRM, Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of D365 CE functionality and capabilities.
  • Solutioning business needs with Fit/Gap analysis.
  • Configuring and customizing D365 CE applications.
  • Learning Zones processes and configurations.
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and D365 CE implementation.
  • Experience in end-user requirements gathering, training, system design, and UAT.
  • Knowledge of Lead to Quote and Order to Cash processes.
  • Professionalism and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in deploying complex configurations on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Specialized knowledge in solutions development for business functions.
  • Gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
  • Creating and executing unit tests.
  • Working with developers on technical designs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
