Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior System Analyst with at least 4 years of experience to play a crucial role in our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing clients and projects from inception to delivery. As a Senior System Analyst, you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design robust solutions, and coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and document detailed requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Design and propose innovative solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to timelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance our offerings and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a system analyst role, preferably client-facing.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
