Role Purpose

We have an exciting Finance Systems Analyst role who will provide IT support for finance applications across the Menzies network.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Maintain User Profiles in finance applications, including create / delete / amend users.
  • Update applications as requested by finance teams.
  • Provide monthly / quarterly / annual audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring user instruction documents are up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain approval matrices, ensuring correct authorisation is given prior to any changes.
  • Resolve user queries / problems submitted in Service Now.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience working in an accounting department.
  • Experience of financial systems.
  • Experience of SUN Systems.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
