We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Provide L2 application support to RF services – viz. IFAI (Staff and Customer channel), Risk Factors, IDS
- Perform RTB regular activities – Disaster Recovery/Roleswap Exercise, Data Backup and Recovery Exercise, Capacity Management, Vulnerability Management
- Perform Incident management, problem management
- Perform Continual Service Improvement
- Provide consultation & help other team members when required, to make sure that the team performs activities and resolve tickets on time.
- Identify opportunities to automate Service Management activities.
