Job Title: Credit Management Expert

In a fast-paced industry, credit management experts play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of revenue-related processes. As an executive credit management specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of receivables, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement effective policies regarding receivables to ensure timely revenue realization.
  • Bill Register Monitoring: Regularly monitor bill registers for completeness and accuracy, identifying any major variations or discrepancies.
  • Billing Accuracy: Ensure accurate and complete billing, with timely dispatch of monthly invoices to customers.
  • Customer Recovery: Recover outstanding amounts from active customers, meeting assigned targets and deadlines.
  • Billing Complaints Resolution: Efficiently resolve billing complaints, adhering to turnaround times (TAT) of 24 hours for CRM complaints and 12 hours for Priority complaints.
  • Adjustment Cases: Process adjustment cases regarding customer accounts, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.


Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: MBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA qualification, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit management or a related field.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Point, Business Communication, and Advanced Excel.
