
Senior Sales Manager

Job Nature: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a global sales environment, with the ability to manage multiple sales teams efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams, ensuring peak performance and target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular training and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in sales processes, CRM, and customer engagement.
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead multiple sales teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of global markets, sales techniques, and CRM software
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Availability to work night shifts (as per international market requirements)
- Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
