We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will act as the main point of contact between the client and our organization, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and queries
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting
  • Experience in handling B2B accounts
