Position Summary

Provide support for Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) professional and technical activities in the factory. Ensure that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while never compromising on the health and safety of people, product safety, and the environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Participates in Capital Investments projects in the factory, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards.
  • Delivers quality implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
  • Understands the technical details of the M&I solutions in all projects.
  • Ensures Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, maintaining an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
  • Manages "Change Management" to appropriately handle modifications in the M&I solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with market and local M&I-related legislation.
  • Plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories by mastering process and product characteristics.
  • Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at the site level (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM).
  • Ensures all M&I installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
  • Supervise technical teams, contractors, and other third parties.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team, ideally involving various products and technologies.
  • Assist in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines.
  • Manage oneself by adhering to defined KPIs and goals and proactively monitor progress.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is preferred.
