Maintenance Engineer Role

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our factory equipment. You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in capital investments projects to ensure that technical solutions meet corporate and market standards.
  • Deliver high-quality implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
  • Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment.
  • Manage change management to handle modifications in M&I solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with market and local M&I-related legislation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by mastering process and product characteristics.
  • Implement engineering tools at the site level (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM).
  • Ensure all M&I installations comply with market and corporate standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
