As a Maintenance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of industrial facilities.

About the Role
  • Provide technical assistance for maintenance and improvement activities in factory settings.
  • Evaluate all maintenance initiatives to ensure they enhance business objectives, product quality, and facility performance while prioritizing health and safety standards.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL

  • Participate in capital investment projects, guaranteeing that technical solutions adhere to corporate and industry benchmarks.
  • Deliver high-quality implementation and training for operators and maintenance teams.
  • Understand the technical aspects of maintenance solutions in various projects.
  • Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, maintaining an attitude of zero tolerance for hazardous situations.
  • Manage change management to effectively handle modifications in maintenance solutions.
  • Verify compliance with relevant industry legislation.
  • Pursue continuous improvement of facilities by mastering process and product characteristics.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of engineering tools at the site level (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM).
  • Ensure all maintenance installations comply with industry and corporate standards for safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
  • Supervise technical teams, contractors, and external partners.
  • Contribute to engineering project development as part of a multidisciplinary team, involving diverse products and technologies.
  • Assist in the start-up of technical equipment and production lines.
  • Monitor progress by adhering to defined KPIs and goals.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution is preferred.
