It has well-acclaimed work to its credit both at the national and international level.

This is a grant-funded contractual position.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  1. Prepare weekly reports and report them to Project supervisors.
  2. Provide and maintain records of project incentives with social mobilizers.
  3. Translate and type project documents in Urdu.
  4. Maintain all project data in a proper manner.
  5. Plan and conduct awareness sessions in the community.
  6. Provide proper counselling to study participants.
  7. Coordinate with project supervisors to discuss field-related activities.
  8. Provide training to the staff as per the protocols and guidelines of the study.
  9. Be highly organized and self-motivated.

Requirements:

You should have:

  1. At least a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other relevant degree.
  2. One to two years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work as a team player.
  5. Good writing skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of survey and other research designs.
  7. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Resilience and ability to cope with work pressure.
  9. Willingness to work in the communities/field sites.
  10. Good computer and report writing skills.
