Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and articulate Sales Account Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for handling qualified leads, taking meetings, understanding business needs, and closing deals. You must have proven experience in communicating with international clients and closing sales calls professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing the deal
- Craft detailed business plans aligned with sales goals and KPIs
- Present our company's services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
- Stay in constant communication with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate sales data
- Work closely with our technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships
- Keep CRM systems updated and provide regular reports on your sales pipeline
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal (fluent and professional)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in closing international clients via video/voice calls or in-person meetings
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry
- Solid understanding of tech-driven services and customized software solutions
- Confident, persuasive, and solution-focused attitude
Nice to Have:
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, AI-based technologies, or no-code platforms
