Position Purpose:

We are looking for a Team Lead - Machine Learning who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, implement, and deliver cutting-edge machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Fluent English communication is a must for this role as it requires interaction with US clientele.

Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Certification(s): Certification in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related technologies is a plus.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
2. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
3. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for ML deployment.
4. Expertise in working with large-scale datasets and optimizing model performance.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading scrum teams.
6. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
2. Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various projects.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and deploy scalable solutions.
4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
6. Design and implement workflows for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
7. Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
8. Create detailed documentation for models, processes, and workflows.
9. Evaluate the performance of machine learning systems and troubleshoot any issues.
10. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
