Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Faisalabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, training sales staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and report preparation
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
