The Role:

We're hiring a Creative Social Media & Meta Ads Specialist who will work closely under our Brand Manager and Creative Team — supporting overall content direction, storytelling, and paid campaign strategy.

This is a dual role. You'll be responsible for both:

1. Leading our organic content strategy — with a deep understanding of visuals, written tone, reels, UGC formats, and platform trends.

2. Managing all Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — from pre-launch hype to awareness to performance/sales campaigns.

You'll also help shape how we show up as a brand — balancing boldness with sophistication, and creative storytelling with performance-driven goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Contribute content ideas (visual + written) aligned with product and brand tone

Stay ahead of social media trends and bring new reel/UGC hooks to the table

Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative leads for final execution

Build organic content calendars and help implement across platforms

Plan, execute, and optimize all Meta Ads campaigns (copy, creatives, targeting)

Analyze performance and iterate creative ideas accordingly

Communicate and align with internal stakeholders during campaign execution
