JBS Applify is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage Upwork sales and convert Upwork clients into long-term B2B customers. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who understands the Upwork platform and has experience in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write compelling proposals and sales pitches to secure contracts.
  • Communicate with potential clients and understand their business needs.
  • Develop and execute B2B conversion strategies to turn Upwork clients into long-term business customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections to encourage purchases.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with Upwork trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in Upwork sales, freelancing, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of selling Artificial Intelligence services is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
