We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and target potential clients and projects on Upwork
  2. Develop outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities
  3. Work closely with the Sales Manager to refine lead generation tactics
  4. Create tailored proposals for potential clients
  5. Maintain consistent communication with prospects
  6. Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients
  7. Coordinate with the Sales Manager on pitch strategies and proposal templates

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, software development, design, or related fields. A good knowledge of the freelance market and bidding strategies is also essential.

The entry-level sales representative will work closely with the Sales Manager to track sales progress and identify upselling opportunities. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Additional requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven experience as an Upwork/Freelance Bidder or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
