Job Title: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Alta Tech Mark is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in AI, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Software Development. We work with global clients across various industries to develop cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and target potential clients and projects on Upwork.
  2. Develop outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities through these platforms.
  3. Work with the Sales Manager to identify emerging trends, target new client segments, and refine lead generation tactics.
  4. Create tailored, compelling proposals for potential clients, addressing their unique needs and offering customized solutions.
  5. Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, questions, and feedback.
  6. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with potential clients to close deals effectively.
  7. Coordinate with the Sales Manager on the development of pitch strategies, pricing models, and proposal templates.
  8. Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to track sales progress, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  9. Ensure that all client accounts are managed efficiently, and any potential issues are addressed promptly to avoid delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on Upwork.
  • Proven experience as an Upwork/Freelance Bidder or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, design, or related fields (preferred).
