- Inventory Control - Manage stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure timely replenishment.
- SOP Implementation - Enforce best practices in retail operations, sales processes, and showroom management.
- Team Leadership & Training - Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team on customer engagement, consultation techniques, and product knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain strong connections with key clients, architects, and interior designers to drive repeat business.
- Sales Performance Tracking - Analyze sales reports, footfall, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Business Development - Identify new sales opportunities, visit potential clients, and expand the sales pipeline.
- Master/Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of Experience in Furniture Sales, Retail Sales, or Building Materials - Preferably candidates with a strong background in showroom-based selling.
- Proven Leadership Skills - Ability to manage, mentor, and drive a team toward achieving sales targets.
- Strong Business Acumen - Ability to analyze trends, drive strategies, and optimize showroom performance.
- Excellent Customer Engagement Skills - Passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
