What You'll Do:

As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Receive personalized training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals
• Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
• Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options
• Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

Who We're Looking For:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
• Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team

• Identify and develop leads to connect with potential clients interested in real estate in Irvine, CA
• Participate in training sessions focused on improving knowledge and skills within the real estate industry
• Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent
• Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and enhance brand awareness
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
• Utilize a CRM system to maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents
• Organize and conduct appointments efficiently

• Real Estate license or the motivation to get one
• Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients successfully
• The compensation package includes opportunities for earning commissions
• A valid Driver's License

$102,500 - $192,400 yearly
