Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Developer with over 5 years of experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, efficient architecture, and modern backend technologies. This is a remote position with opportunities to work on innovative and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.
  2. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  3. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  5. Implement security and data protection best practices.
  6. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  2. Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
  3. Experience with frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
  4. Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  5. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
