We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Decision Science Manager, Risk and compliance assurance services Analytics

Principal responsibilities

  1. Support the Business by providing vital input for strategic planning by senior management, enabling effective decision making and addressing unforeseen challenges.
  2. Leverage data and analytics capabilities to enable smarter decisions and drive profitable growth.
  3. Support various domains including Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Financial Crime Risk, involving data analysis, model and strategy development & implementation, Business Intelligence, reporting, and data management.
  4. Proactively identify emerging compliance risks across all RC categories and interface with other RC teams and senior management.
  5. Provide understanding of the potential impact and consequences of significant new or emerging risks.
  6. Propose, manage, and track resolution of risk management actions.
  7. Execute data analytics in line with the Risk Management Framework.
  8. Deliver repeatable and scalable analytics through semi-automation of controls testing, ensuring data privacy and security.
  9. Manage and mitigate operational risks by automating and analyzing solutions, ensuring compliance with operational risk policies.
