Job Overview:

  1. Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems is key to ensuring our customers' comfort and productivity.
  2. Repair of all types of HVAC equipment requires technical expertise and attention to detail.
  3. Customer follow-ups and meetings according to schedule are essential for building strong relationships with our clients.
  4. Team management & coordination with Service Coordinator for requirements like parts ensures smooth operations.
  5. Weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlogs help us stay on track and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for commissioning & servicing of chillers and HVAC systems to ensure they function efficiently and effectively.
  2. Attending to and handling all models of chillers and low-side equipment complaints as per instructions and guidelines.
  3. Carrying out timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  4. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures and sharing findings with Quality team & Field Force Leader (FFL).
  5. Ensuring adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines as per Trane standards.
  6. Handling all customer service requirements with professionalism and courtesy.
  7. Generating leads to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Ensuring quality job execution and timely completion of service tasks.
  9. Providing daily reports to the office & Area Service Manager (ASM).
  10. Sharing service reports with parts requirements to the deployer.
  11. Holding driving licenses for 4-wheeler/2-wheeler vehicles.
  12. Ensuring safety and vehicle audit requirements are followed and honored.
  13. Service Technicians should have practical hands-on experience with chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
  14. Service Technicians should have operational experience with Microsoft Office, Internet, Mail, etc.
