Programmatic Sales Manager

Location: Onsite, Lahore

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Type: Full-time

SMBPO is a global outsourcing company providing high-quality business solutions in sales, marketing, and data operations. We help clients like FairForecast scale effectively through expert talent and data-driven processes.

Role Overview

Looking to hire a Programmatic Sales Manager on behalf of our client, FairForecast. This role supports the WPP Media account across the UK and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing, along with excellent client management and sales skills.

You'll be working closely with FairForecast's data and strategy teams while traveling to key markets including the Big 5 EU, Dubai, Sydney, and New York.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and grow the WPP Media account in the UK and globally

·Build and maintain relationships with agency and brand-side stakeholders

·Identify new business opportunities in programmatic and affiliate ecosystems

·Use transactional data to support forecasting and media strategies

·Collaborate with strategy, media buying, and data teams internally and client-side

·Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and client success metrics

·Represent FairForecast and SMBPO at industry events and international meetings

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Solid background in programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and the evolving ad tech landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
