Job Summary:

The Programmatic/Display Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic and display advertising campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires hands-on management of campaigns via DSPs, audience targeting, and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, deliver insights, and ensure campaign success. In addition to managing vendor relationships and negotiating media buys, you will also mentor junior team members. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the brand by delivering high-performance campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic and display campaigns across multiple digital channels, including display, mobile, video, CTV, OTT, and audio.
  2. Manage campaign activation through DSPs, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business goals.
  3. Negotiate, source, and secure media inventory with key partners, ensuring premium placements, with a focus on key channels like PTCL, Amazon Shoelace Ads, and CTV Ads.
  4. Use data to refine targeting strategies and audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  5. Continuously monitor KPIs and leverage reporting tools to analyze and optimize campaign results in real-time.
  6. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to internal teams and management, ensuring clear performance updates and strategic guidance.
  7. Collaborate with teams across analytics, creative, and strategy to integrate insights and refine campaign tactics for maximum impact.
  8. Constantly seek out opportunities for performance enhancements through testing and campaign optimization.
  9. Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging growth, skill development, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new programmatic platforms to drive innovation and ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  11. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media vendors, partners, and data providers to enhance campaign performance.
  12. Ensure that all campaigns are meticulously set up and managed, maintaining accuracy and delivering on objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of managing display, mobile, video, CTV, and audio campaigns across DSPs. Familiarity with multiple DSP platforms is essential.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing programmatic strategies that align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
  3. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and optimization techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, targeting, and creative best practices across display, video, OTT, and more.
  5. Proficiency in programmatic platforms, including Google Display Network (GDN), The Trade Desk, DV360, and others, along with familiarity with ad tech tools such as ad servers, verification tools, and trafficking systems.
  6. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
  7. Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams to execute and optimize campaigns. Ability to lead and mentor a team of specialists for collective success.
  8. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure optimal execution.
