Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized US Based Real Estate Referral Network Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving revenue through strategic referrals. You will play a key role in expanding our referral network, tracking prospects, and helping us meet business development goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Establish and nurture relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners
  • Manage and track referral opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly referral and revenue goals
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate records in GHL CRM systems, including all client interactions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and maintain multiple referral prospects simultaneously
  • Follow the complete sales and referral cycle from prospecting to conversion
  • Qualifications:Minimum of an Intermediate/Associate Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or customer service-related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in GHL CRM system.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple referral leads at different stages
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a client-focused approach
