
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative and face of our Company, you will be answering in-bound calls from UK Based Customers in proficient English (Preferably British Accent). This role demands ambition, a strong professional work ethic, excellent listening skills, commercial acumen, and great English communication skills. If you believe you have all these traits, we at c2o want to talk to you.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
- Take instructions from the customers for a specific vehicle as per his/her requirement.
- Take secure payment instructions from the customer over the phone.
- Offer customers timely and error-free pricing.
- Amend and cancel active bookings on customer's request, do as for reason and provide solution where required.
- Keep track of Arriving and Departing Flights in accordance with your upcoming taxi bookings (Airport Pick-up and Drop-off bookings).
- Liaise with the UK Office i.e., Supervisor and Shift In-Charge to resolve any queries which may come up.
- Connect the Customer with the Driver to ensure a smooth and pleasant ride. The focus should always be on quality.
- Swiftly handle Queries/Grievances from Drivers.
- Ensure Pickup and Drop-off is always accurate to maintain High-Quality standards. While using your skills always consider 7 Points of Output to ensure the Quality-based result to every single call received. (You will be briefed on 7 Points of Output during your In-house Training Session with us).
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- Preferably Inbound Call Center Experience or Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a similar role with a reputed Call Center.
- Candidates with the working knowledge of (Taxi Booking Software) GHOST and ICABBI is a plus.
- Minimum High School Graduation required.
CONTRACT TYPE:
- Full-time, 7/24 shift based contract, Office Based, Market Competitive Salary.
