1. To head and manage HR Functions effectively and efficiently such as:

  1. To maintain employees' database.
  2. To manage employee leave records of office staff.
  3. To manage complete procedure of recruitment & selection.
  4. To process monthly payroll details of office staff.
  5. To process employee's full & final settlements of office staff.
  6. Timely issuance of inter office memo (information, new appointments, disassociation, etc).
  7. To conduct annual appraisal exercise of office staff.
  8. To conduct in-house trainings of staff employees.

2. To formulate and execute HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
