  • You're a digital-native content and community builder with an obsession for Twitter/X, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • You live and breathe crypto, fintech, and high-performance content—and know what resonates with these audiences.
  • You know how to turn ideas into memes, soundbites, and threads, and you're fluent in the voice of modern finance.
  • You're organized, proactive, and a natural communicator—comfortable managing social schedules, event invites, and influencer messages.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love seeing metrics grow from content and community efforts.
  • You're not afraid to get scrappy: you can run a podcast guest list, publish a meme, and coordinate an NYC meetup—all in the same week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Lumida's content calendar across Twitter, Threads, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Publish and schedule posts via Metricool, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Repurpose content from Ram's market insights, Telegram chats, podcasts, and newsletters into social-ready formats.
  • Write engaging, high-performing copy—hooks, captions, memes, Twitter threads, and community updates.
  • Own podcast guest outreach, scheduling, and communication to keep the content engine running.
  • Lead IRL event coordination in NYC—partnering with aligned fintech and crypto communities.
  • Respond to community DMs, comments, and build influencer and micro-community relationships.
  • Track and report on key metrics: engagement rates, follower growth, post performance, and community feedback.

  • A social and community leader with an eye for trends, virality, and tone in the crypto/fintech space.
  • Someone who understands financial audiences—from retail to high-net-worth—and knows how to engage them.
  • A self-starter who can go from idea to execution fast, without needing micromanagement.
  • A community-minded person who brings energy and thoughtfulness to both online and real-world spaces.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in social media and/or community management, ideally with fintech or crypto brands.

Writing Skills: Excellent at writing hooks, threads, memes, and community messages.

Platform Fluency: Strong understanding of Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, and the surrounding discourse.

Tools: Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics dashboards.

Events & Community: Experience with event planning or partnerships is a plus.

Bonus: Background in podcast production, influencer coordination, or newsletter growth is a strong advantage.
