The RoleWe're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in generating leads and growing ATSYNK's client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on outreach, loves building relationships, and is eager to contribute to ATSYNK's mission of connecting businesses with top-tier remote talent.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential clients (SMBs, startups, agencies) in the US, UK, and Canada
- Outreach & Engagement: Craft and send personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and make calls to engage prospects
- Lead Qualification: Assess client needs, staffing gaps, and budgets to qualify leads and understand their fit with ATSYNK's services
- Booking Meetings & Presentations: Schedule discovery calls and present ATSYNK's staff augmentation solutions to prospective clients
- Funnel Management: Nurture leads through the sales funnel until they're ready to close and onboard with ATSYNK
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive) with up-to-date lead activity, progress reports, and deal statuses
- Consistently generate high-quality, qualified leads
- Book and conduct meetings with key decision-makers
- Close new clients for ATSYNK's staff augmentation services
- Build a predictable, scalable sales funnel
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales, BDR, or lead generation experience (staffing or SaaS is a plus)
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and cold outreach tools
- Follow-up Discipline: Strong ability to follow up and handle light negotiations
- Hunter Mentality: You're passionate about building pipelines and closing deals
