Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to showcase our services.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure project scope alignment.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Follow up on leads to close deals.
  • Coordinate timely communication with the Tech Team.
  • Manage customer queries effectively.
