Job Description:

  • Oversee sourcing strategies to support Lithium Battery production by managing suppliers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring supply chain continuity for critical materials. Balance tactical execution with strategic planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and cost efficiency.
  • Design and implement strategic plans for raw materials and components aligned with production goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to build a reliable supply chain network based on quality, cost, compliance, and lead times.
  • Foster and maintain strong supplier partnerships, ensuring adherence to agreements and continuous performance improvements.
  • Lead negotiations for supplier agreements, address contractual issues, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., lead times, costs) to identify and implement improvements.
  • Work with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation and ensure alignment with long-term strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Diploma/Master's in Engineering.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in Global Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management in Raw materials or Direct Components.
  • Strong leadership and Collaboration skills in a cross functional global environment.
