Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead battery product sales across oil & gas, power generation and transmission, FMCG, telecom, data centers, and automotive sectors in Pakistan.
  • Identify business opportunities, develop key accounts, gain consultant approval, engage EPCs, and build client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a focus on market expansion.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Prepare and participate in tenders and large-scale project proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and reports using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in battery sales in B2B.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with European brands like Trojan, Fiamm, Varta is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
