We're Hiring: Experienced Media Buyer (Insurance Leads & Calls)

About Us:

Rapid Squad is a performance marketing company specializing in high-quality lead and call generation for U.S. insurance markets. We're scaling fast and looking for top-tier media buyers to generate exclusive leads and inbound calls via platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others.

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for lead/call generation.
  • Work across platforms like Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta Ads (Lead Forms), and YouTube.
  • Drive quality leads and calls for Medicare, Final Expense, and Auto Insurance.
  • Create or collaborate on ad copy, creatives, and funnel/landing page strategy.
  • Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to meet CPL and CPA targets.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, TCPA, and other platform policies.
  • Use tracking tools like Ringba, Voluum, Hyros, Jornaya, and TrustedForm.
  • Proven track record in generating leads or calls in the insurance vertical.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 major ad platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. compliance and ad policies (especially Medicare & TCPA).
  • Ability to analyze data and scale successful campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and capable of clear communication via Zoom/Slack.
  • Bonus: Experience with landing page tools, API posting, or affiliate lead generation.

Compensation includes a competitive monthly retainer plus performance bonuses. This is a long-term opportunity to lead the paid traffic division, with access to tools and tracking systems provided.
