Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork in the software development sector — especially those interested in generative AI and AI automation solutions.

You'll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and connect with ideal prospects on LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork.
  • Craft personalized messages and proposals to attract leads.
  • Research client needs and position Cracking Tech Company's services as the ideal solution.
  • Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and conversations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set up introductory calls or demos.
  • Stay updated with trends in generative AI, AI automation, and the broader software development industry.
  • Report weekly on outreach activity and lead quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation using LinkedIn, Fiverr, and/or Upwork.
  • Strong understanding of software development services, especially AI-focused solutions.
  • Excellent written communication and proposal-writing skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
  • Prior experience in the AI, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus.
