Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations, manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support various departments to ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and emails.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure services are maintained properly.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, and documentation in coordination with the HR team.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Organize meetings, events, and training sessions; prepare necessary materials and refreshments.
- Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport management.
- Manage petty cash, utility bills, and office-related expenses.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures across departments.
- Ensure security and maintenance of office infrastructure and IT equipment.
- Act as a point of contact for general office inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management is a plus.
