We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing facilities, coordinating with vendors, handling compliance and documentation, and supporting staff needs efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and well-organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and overseeing general office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Supervise support staff (security, housekeeping, office boys, etc.) and ensure proper functioning of office facilities.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with HR and IT departments for onboarding support (workstations, ID cards, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company regulations.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and training logistics.
- Maintain proper documentation for assets, licenses, contracts, and other records.
- Support the Admin Manager in audits, budgeting, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of admin-related statutory and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
