HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and implement a DEI strategy aligned with PTCL Group's vision, values, and business goals.
  • Embed inclusive practices into talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational policies.
  • Monitor and analyze diversity metrics to measure progress, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive awareness, learning programs, and engagement initiatives to promote a culture of belonging.
  • Collaborate with People Experience teams to enhance employee well-being and inclusion.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure diverse hiring practices and equitable recruitment processes.
  • Support leadership in building a diverse talent pipeline, mentorship opportunities, and career growth programs for underrepresented groups.
  • Provide expert guidance on inclusive talent frameworks and policies.
  • Work closely with P&O, Marketing, and Business Leaders to integrate DEI into all business functions.
  • Build and maintain external partnerships promoting gender diversity, disability inclusion, and workplace equity.
  • Advocate for policies supporting genders, people with disabilities, and other diverse communities.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global DEI best practices.
  • Prepare and present DEI reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue DEI awards, certifications, and external recognitions to strengthen PTCL's employer brand.
