Job Overview

This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their people needs;
  • Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition;
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues;
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout HR management activities;
  • Championing a positive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives;
  • Driving employee engagement and retention through effective employee recognition and development programs;
  • Collaborating with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Staying updated with HR trends and best practices.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience in an HR Business Partner role;
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and employment law;
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
