Customer Success Executive

DigiMaxis is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving B2B clients globally. We're looking for a Customer Success Executive to build lasting client relationships and ensure long-term success through exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, providing proactive communication and support.
  • Onboard new clients and assist them through adoption, setup, and best practices.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive retention.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align services with client goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and document feedback and progress.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, loyalty, and engagement.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
