IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Provide support in Internal Audit (IA) compliance activities and follow-up actions. Serve as a member of the audit investigation team, contributing to thorough and unbiased assessments. Manage administrative functions within the IA department, including budgeting, travel allowances (TA/DA), and procurement processes (PR/PO).

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and execute engagement-level plans for audits and investigations.
  • Identify control weaknesses, analyse findings, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Review fraud incidents and propose controls to mitigate internal fraud risks.
  • Ensure secure documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to quality standards, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Prepare audit and investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor trends in organizational fraud and collaborate on mechanisms for prevention, detection, and investigation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Support digitalization and continuous auditing efforts in IA function.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (ACCA, CA Part qualified, BBA/ MBA, M.Com, CIA, or equivalent)
