Senior Technical Recruiter

DyCoders is looking for a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process in our Lahore office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of technical roles.
  • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical candidates.
  • Draft recruitment advertisements and post them in digital and print media.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
  • Track and update recruitment status and notes.
  • Present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Notify hiring managers of successfully filled positions and onboard new employees.
  • Foster industry relationships by attending job fairs, conferences, and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Develop partnerships with universities and other talent sources to strengthen our pipeline.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and skills.
  • Understanding of recruiting best practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Independence and minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
