Join us in our search for an outstanding Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our projects from inception to completion, leveraging their expertise in Agile project management to deliver exceptional results.

This role entails managing multiple facets of a project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

You will be responsible for overseeing teams, making key decisions about personnel, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Risk management is a critical component of this role, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues that could impact project success.

Crisis management is also essential, responding rapidly and effectively to unexpected challenges.

You will play a key role in documentation review, ensuring that project documents are accurate, complete, and meet established standards.

Collaboration with IT stakeholders is crucial, developing project plans and estimates, and challenging assumptions to drive results.

Stakeholder engagement is critical, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

You will prepare and maintain key project documents, including TOR, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, and PIR.

Status reporting and escalation are essential, providing regular updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as necessary.

Change management is also a key responsibility, implementing project changes in accordance with established procedures.

Finally, you will ensure compliance with HOST PM processes and procedures, working collaboratively with IT and Business stakeholders to prioritize projects and resources.
